APA-F1173 Adie Jacket Pattern
The Adie jacket is so sweet with lots of ruffles and is perfect in polar fleece! We merrow stitched all the edges of our jacket, but edges can be left raw since polar fleece does not fray or add your own type of decorative stitch or treatment to finish edges. Jacket buttons down the front with buttons hidden underneath ruffles. Flared bottom ruffles on sleeves and around the bottom hem with a cascading ruffle down the center front. Front plackets have interfacing. Rounded one-ply Peter Pan collar makes this jacket a classic! Girl’s sizes 3-12 are included in this pattern.
Recommended Fabrics: We recommend using polar fleece for this jacket. Patsy Aiken Designs always used “non-pill” polar fleece for the highest quality finish. A polar fleece without a distinct wrong side is preferred especially on the center front ruffle because both sides show as it cascades down. Front placket facing piece needs light weight interfacing. Prewash and dry fabrics before cutting.
